Refunds & Returns

At WestwayMart.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our policy below for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

  • Personal care items (if opened or used)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@westwaymart.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

We will provide return instructions and a return address upon approval.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and need a replacement, contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a store credit or refund, depending on availability.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Then contact your bank
